UMN Inaugurates Recruitment Cooperation with PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk

Tangerang—On Thursday (20/03/2025), UMN’s Continuing Education Center and UMN student affairs inaugurated a collaboration with PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. This collaboration will focus on recruitment programs such as internships, full-time, or other collaborations.

PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, or CIMB Niaga, is a company engaged in banking and finance. Established in 1955, CIMB Niaga continues to develop according to the company’s values of growing well and providing good empowerment.

Previously, UMN and PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk collaborated in administration, which made it easier for students to make payments using the CIMB Niaga virtual account.

“It is a good opportunity for UMN to collaborate with CIMB Niaga. This signing can strengthen the relationship between UMN and CIMB Niaga. Of course, from this collaboration, it is hoped that more students can do internships or full-time at CIMB Niaga,” Dr. Ika Yanuarti, S.E., M.S.F, CSA, said

For Ika, collaborating with CIMB Niaga is UMN’s step toward continuing to partner with the industry. Ika education cannot grow without industry. Educational institutions and industry are two things that cannot be separated. 

“We currently want to be close to the world of education, and the current concern is school fees. We want to provide scholarships to students and as many opportunities as possible to get into the campus of their dreams regardless of economic background,” Solihin Hakiekie, Head of HR Business Partner Talent Acquisition & Partnership CIMB Niaga, said.

It is hoped that this collaboration will soon be realized together with UMN.  This collaboration includes involving CIMB Niaga in UMN activities such as guest lectures, career days, or other recruitment.
