What is Visual Communication Design?
Visual communication design is still a part of art. Before becoming DKV, this department was called graphic design. Graphic design students learn a lot about graphics and 2D images on print media, which is very different from current DKV lecture materials.
The Department of Visual Communication Design (DKV) mainly explores the concepts of communication and creative expression and uses visual elements in conveying messages for specific purposes. Because the message element plays a significant role, DKV graduates are expected to be able to process messages in an engaging, informative, and communicative way so that they can be conveyed effectively.
Currently, DKV is being developed on a much larger scale. In addition to 2D graphics, students majoring in visual communication design will also learn about 3D motion graphics in various media such as electronic media and interactive web.
Through this study program, students will understand how to apply art and design in creating solutions to problems in society to design communication through visuals in various media to make a change in the world.

This test is an essential requirement for prospective students who decide to take courses in the arts, including the field of visual communication design.
