• Prepare IT devices and other supporting equipment in each class and computer lab according to planning and needs.
• Prepare IT devices and supporting equipment for employee work equipment needs.
• Prepare IT devices and supporting equipment for events or other activities in the school environment.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance including replacement and repair of damaged or malfunctioning devices.
• Manage IT device assets and supporting facilities in the asset management system and ensure data is always updated.
• Assist with daily technical issues such as networks, hardware, and software

Job Requirements:

• Minimum D3 Informatics/Computer Engineering;
• Understanding of computer networks and computer troubleshooting;
• Have ability to install software;
• Have good customer service orientation skills
