Multimedia Digital Nusantara Launches Game “FEESHY!”
June 23, 2022UMN and UNIKOM Collaborate on 3 Programs
June 23, 2022TANGERANG – Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN) and Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of Tri Dharma development and implementation of the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka/MBKM). This event was held virtually via Zoom on Monday (13/6/2022).
This collaboration is the starting point of the desire of the two universities to get to know each other better so that they can collaborate and synergize together. In the world of education, cooperation is needed with parties who are in the same field. With this collaboration, it is hoped that it can achieve the expectations of an educator’s task to produce graduates ready to face the industrial world.
Dr. Ninok Leksono, UMN’s Chancellor, explained that it takes friends on the same path to fulfill our duties and obligations to educate the nation’s children. “Both parties in the field of education would exchange their experiences during difficult times when the university experienced many disruptions,” Ninok said.
UNPAR has also awaited this collaboration for a long time, and UNPAR’s Chancellor expressed his happiness as it is finally realized today. “Initiatives to collaborate can happen and come from anywhere, from fellow university higher-ups, lecturer colleagues, and as well as students,” Mangadar Situmorang, Ph.D., UNPAR’s Chancellor, said.
The desire for this collaboration is also based on UNPAR’s goal to continue advancing and developing in the world of education and produce graduates ready to face and benefit the industry and society. Mangadar explained that UNPAR must continue to grow because there are internal potentials that want to be developed, and there are hopes and dreams to be realized.
“UNPAR’s aspiration continues to grow through collaboration with various parties. Furthermore, by launching what we call sustainable transformation and strengthened by the Minister’s policy through independent campuses (Kampus Merdeka). So that UNPAR and UMN can establish a productive and progressive collaboration,” Mangadar concluded.
