April 20, 2018After gaining knowledge in the seminar, then passed the group stage, then until the series of Teamwork and Leadership 2018 events at the closing event, namely “Awarding The Best Group and Leaders”. This awarding event was held at the Student Lounge of Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN) on Friday (16/03).

From 1,998 students of various study programs who participated in Teamwork and Leadership 2018, 150 groups were formed to create business ideas, then selected the 30 best groups. After the 30 best groups showcased their business ideas at the “Entrepreneurial Teamwork 2018” Exhibition on March 13-15, 2018, it’s time to determine the five best groups from the best.
The criteria for selecting the five best groups is based on the specificity of ideas with solutions, communication and marketing strategies, booth design and display, group dynamics, and completeness of group documents.
Based on the five criteria above, the following five groups were selected:
- Group 28 – Me Wash
- Group 76 – Easy Go Travel
- Group 141 – Lecturus
- Group 145 – MR 3
- Group 58 – UMN Food Beverages (UFB)
Not only the best group, in this Awarding event also gives appreciation to students who have the best leader’s soul. Of course, the Awarding of the Best Leader also has several criteria, such as: ability to communicate, leadership skills (such as cooperation, problem solving, commitment, etc.), contributions in groups, and not forgetting the value of GPA.
Based on the above criteria, five students were selected who became the Best Leaders in teamwork &leadership 2018, namely:
- Lukman (Management 2017)
- Velia Hana (Journalism 2017)
- Andre Wilson (Strategic Communication 2017)
- Dina Maya Angriani (Accountant 2017)
- Yesaya Ariel (Engginering Physic 2017)
Andri Seto Baskoro, Managing Chairman of Teamwork and Leadership 2018 who is also a Student Development Officer, expressed his hope that what was given in Teamwork and Leadership 2018 could provide provisions for UMN students to become entrepreneurs. “In accordance with UMN’s vision-mission where not only graduated to become an employee, you are more than that! We hope that friends can become an entrepreneur with each skill,” concluded Seto.
Congratulations to “The Best Group” and “The Best Leader” Teamwork and Leadership 2018! May it inspire so many people and keep working!
