Tangerang – The development of the times has made many companies and organizations realize that digital skills are essential. So, it requires early preparation for fresh graduates who become digital talents needed by the industry to help realize information and data in Indonesia.
There are high qualifications in the digital era that make prospective digital talents, namely fresh graduates, begin to deepen their expertise and expand their experience to hone their skills.
This is in line with the statement of Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan-RB) Abdullah Azwar Anas revealed that the recruitment of State Civil Apparatus Candidates (CASN) would be opened in 2023 which will be fresh graduates, Diploma (D3), bachelor’s, and master levels will be very high qualifications because the government prioritizes digital talents who are literate with future technological developments, to fill the places needed by ministries, institutions and regions.
“We prioritize fresh graduates who are digital talents. Later, these fresh graduates will be highly qualified to fill the places ministries, institutions, and regions need. So the 2023 recruitment accommodates non-ASN friends who have served the country and fresh graduates,” explained Minister Anas, quoted from the Kemenpan RB website.

4. SEO and Social Media Marketing Skills
SEO and social media marketing techniques are two marketing strategies that are most often used by various lines in the industry. The reason is that these two strategies have a significant impact, especially for the industry to run campaigns and increase visibility & sales online.
Site optimization is essential for every company, so it requires someone who has SEO skills to help research keywords and ensure the company’s website can appear in the top search engines. Meanwhile, social media marketing strategies are applied to increase engagement rates with target audiences by producing engaging content per company goals.
5. Data Design & Visualization
Digital services or websites will require an adequate user interface to make the customer experience in using these digital services more attractive and effective. Another skill needed by digital talent is data design and visualization.
A designer can visualize complex data to help make important business decisions because the data that has been analyzed will be useful for stakeholders to receive new insights. Designers often use tools such as Tableau and Power BI to analyze and visualize data.
6. Data Analytics
Digital transformation creates new and better processes, products, services, and businesses than before.
Data Analytics has become an important and impactful role because it can help a company or business understand customer data, identify insights from data, and optimize service operations.
