Friska Natalia received her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Kyungsung University, Busan, Republic of Korea in 2012. This Jakarta-born woman has also been a Lecturer at Kyungsung University and also a Lecturer at Pusan National University while running a Post-Doctoral at Pusan National University, Busan, Republic of Korea . His teaching and research interests include Systems Design and Analytics, Logistics, E-commerce, Computer Programming, Modeling & Simulation, Business Intelligence and Big Data.
After completing her studies and pursuing a career in Korea, Friska returned to Indonesia and worked at Multimedia Nusantara University as Head of the Research Center and also Lecturer in the Information Systems Department. Friska received several awards including being ranked 2nd for Outstanding Lecturer at Private Universities in Region III LLDIKTI in 2017 and Best Paper Awards in several Conferences
Friska is a reviewer for research in Indonesia who has a number of researches both nationally and internationally. As an academic, his research has also been published in various International Journals and has also presented his papers at National and International Conferences. In 2019, Friska Natalia was promoted as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics.
