Nurina Putri is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. She teaches human capital-related subjects such as human resource management, organizational design and behavior, and human capital research. She earned his master’s degree and bachelor’s degree in management from Universitas Padjadjaran. Aside from lecturing, she is also actively engaged in doing research that is funded by the Ministry of Research and Technology of Indonesia from 2018 until 2022. Her current research is focusing on employee behavior, knowledge management, and corporate branding. She is also certified as Human Capital Manager from BNSP.
