Elissa Dwi Lestari is currently working as lecturer in Management Department in Faculty of Business UMN. She complete her bachelor degree in Sociology from Universitas Indonesia and complete her Magister Science Management in PPIM UI. Before joining the business institution, she has been working as performance manager, new business development manager and business insight manager in multinational corporation. Her research interest are Innovation, Entrepreneurship, New Business Development and technology adoption in Business. She also certified in Entrepreneurship Practioner from BNSP
