On Wednesday, (20/5) then Kompas Gramedia also provided socialization of requirements and benefits that can be obtained through this scholarship.
Organizational Development & Talent Management Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia, Menur Karen on this occasion explained the qualifications given to prospective KG scholarship recipients. One of them is a 7th semester student for non-Accounting majors and 5th semester for Accounting when receiving scholarships.
“In addition, those who can apply as prospective scholarship recipients must have completed at least 115 credits, have a GPA of more than or equal to 3.25, never get a C score, be active in organizational activities, and be willing to follow the kg scholarship program selection process,” karen continued. Not only awards in the form of education funds for outstanding students in UMN amounting to Rp 4 million per semester, scholarship recipients can also get internship opportunities in one of Kompas Gramedia’s business units and the opportunity to get job guarantees as employees of Kompas Gramedia through the Golden Ticket program.
Golden ticket is a new breakthrough created by the KG scholarship program. If in the past this scholarship program requires its recipients to do a service bond for 1 year, then in this year the KG scholarship program no longer establishes the system. The service bond was replaced by the existence of the Golden Ticket.
“Golden Ticket makes kg scholarship recipients of the 6th generation to get a guaranteed job as an employee of Kompas Gramedia in the unit where he did his previous internship. However, the Golden Ticket may not be accepted by all KG scholarship recipients. This ticket will only be given to eligible scholarship recipients after going through the internship program evaluation process, “explained Karen.
