Tangerang – The Modena Goes To Campus event discussed how students need to hone hard skills and soft skills from Modena’s young leaders. The event was conducted on (27/09). 

Modena, an electronic company, currently focuses not only on product development but also on human resources. This time, the Modena goes to campus event brought up the theme “Future Proofing.” The event invited Rizwan Rifaldy and Putri Amalia as keynote speakers. 

In this seminar, they discussed the hard and soft skills needed in the industry. By honing our skills continuously and exploring the potential in ourselves is very useful for the future; this can be done during college. The skills can be honed through courses, student activities, or existing courses. This skill can be honed outside of college as well.

According to Rizwan Rifaldy, a Front-End Developer at Modena, students can learn from their major and courses and even seek hard skills by utilizing the information available on the internet.

“Campus can be a bridge before going to the world of work, so as students, we can explore soft skills and hard skills on campus,” he said at this seminar. 

According to Rizfal and Putri, there are soft skills that are very important and useful in the world of work, such as communication, socialization, solutions, time management, and leadership. These things can support students to continue to grow.

“Hone hard skills and soft skills that are needed and important in the world of work, we can explore both skills in the world of lectures. There are trials and errors that we can continue to learn on campus, student organizations, or associations,” said Putri in her presentation.

In this seminar, students are given tips that are important and useful for them. Of course, students can be more inspired to explore the skills they have.
