Pendidikan Profesi Arsitek (PPAr)
What is PPAr ?
Architect Professional Education Study Program (Pendidikan Profesi Arsitek/PPAr) is a continuation of the Bachelor of Architecture Study Program to meet the international Architecture education standards with a 4 + 1 scheme (4 years of Bachelor + 1 year of PPAr) and as a basic requirement towards architect licensing.
PPAr is the fastest program for Bachelor of Architecture graduates who want to become Professional Architects. PPAr graduates immediately fulfill the initial administrative requirements to become Architect Professionals. After PPAr, graduates undertake a two-year internship program in accordance with UIA (Union Internationale Architect) and IAI (Indonesian Architect Association) standards.

PPAr Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN) educates and trains prospective graduates to become Architect Professionals in accordance with the competencies of the Union Internationale Architect (UIA) and the Indonesian Architect Association (IAI), focusing on Green Building and the application of Multidisciplinary BIM.
The PPAr UMN curriculum has been integrated with Architect professional materials through collaboration with the Indonesian Architect Association (IAI), including the Architect Code of Ethics and Architect Professionalism.
The specialty of UMN’s PPAr curriculum is “green building,” which refers to the Greenship standard by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) integrated into the learning process, both in the form of material and design projects in the Professional Studio. The PPAr UMN curriculum is designed to train students to become multidisciplinary Architect Professionals in architectural design.

Continuing Education Department (CED) adalah program pengembangan pendidikan di Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) yang merupakan bagian dari Grup Kompas Gramedia. Kami memiliki berbagai program dalam kursus bahasa, pengembangan manusia, Pusat Pengujian untuk sertifikasi nasional dan internasional, dan program pelatihan. CED UMN dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa sekolah menengah dan perguruan tinggi, serta masyarakat dan profesional.
Sehubungan dengan mulai berlakunya New Normal, maka UMN akan melangsungkan sistem pengajarannya sesuai dengan Siaran Pers Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 137/sipers/A6/VI/2020 mengenai Panduan Penyelenggaraan Pembelajaran pada Tahun Ajaran dan Tahun Akademik Baru di Masa Pandemi COVID-19 Bab Sistem Pembelajaran di Lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi.
Untuk menunjang proses belajar – mengajar, UMN menyediakan berbagai fasilitas perkuliahan yang lengkap dan mutakhir, sesuai dengan standar industri. Melalui keberadaan fasilitas tersebut, mahasiswa diajak untuk dekat dengan dunia industri sejak duduk di bangku kuliah dan memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Information Literacy
Information literacy atau literasi informasi merupakan sebuah kemampuan yang dimiliki individu dalam menentukan, mencari, mengelola, mengevaluasi informasi secara efektif dan efisien. Pelatihan ini terbuka bagi Mahasiswa aktif UMN. Informasi lebih lanjut dapat menghubungi: library.umn.ac.id
Kuliah Arsitektur di UMN itu seru banget karena kita dibimbing oleh orang-orang yang expert di bidangnya dan tidak hanya belajar teorinya saja tapi juga banyak praktik langsung. Fasilitas yang disediakan untuk mendukung perkuliahan juga lengkap, seperti Studio Arsitektur yang buka selama 24 jam, Lab Komputer yang memadai, Lab Material, dan masih banyak lagi.

Pendidikan Profesi Arsitek (PPAr)
Dalam Program Studi Arsitektur Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, mahasiswa akan belajar berbagai teknik menggambar dan dasar-dasar estetika sebagai inti dalam perancangan arsitektur. Untuk melengkapi kemampuan tersebut, mahasiswa juga belajar mengenai prinsip dasar keberlanjutan, yang merupakan salah satu bidang unggulan yang ditawarkan oleh program studi Arsitektur Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. Fokus universitas akan kelestarian lingkungan dituangkan ke dalam mata kuliah secara sustainable dan Fisika Bangunan yang mengasah kepekaan seorang arsitek akan pentingnya arsitektur hijau.
