Online Registration Procedure
- Linguistics graduates are eligible to apply for: Information Communication and Design Communication & Visuals
- High school graduates that majored in Information Communication / Multimedia are eligible to apply for: Information Technology, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering and Design Communication & Visuals
- High school graduates that majored in Electronics are eligible to apply for: Computer Systems, Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering
- High school graduates that majored in Business and Accounting are eligible to apply for: Management, Architecture and Accounting
- High school graduates that majored in Office Management are eligible to apply for: Information Communication
- Other high school majors are enrolled with exclusive consideration
Academic Path
The academic route of UMN is the registration process of prospective students that meets the qualification requirements after it’s been evaluated by the UMN Prospective Student Committee, accepted in UMN without any entry tests and has achieved Grade A.

The accomplished creative design will be given to us attached with the statement letter through the following email. - Drawings and creative designs produced in the form of an A4
- Your work can be hand-drawn or digitally computerized.
- Your drawings cannot contain any provocative aspects or pornography

- A Story Board that consists of 5 frames and 2 narrative paragraphs in the form of an A4

- Provide a TOEFL Certificate with minimum prediction score of 450.

Scholarship Test Path
The UMN Scholarship Test Path can be used by all prospective students (especially class XII students) by taking the test. Prospective students will receive scholarships in the form of tuition fees ranging from tuition fees to semester fees based on test results.

Academic Scholarship Achievement
The scholarship route in UMN is given to high school graduates of class XII that holds academic achievements in class XI. UMN administers financial aid for your tuition fee based on performances achieved in class XI semester 2.

- Complete the registration form or register online on Registration-form.
- Provide: a photocopy of your report from classes X and XI (Semester 1-4) and a statement letter from the Head of your High School to distinguish achievements earned from class XI semester 2.
Scholarship in the Sports & Arts Department
UMN administers scholarships towards your tuition financial aid for graduates with Sports and Arts achievements.
- Have ever won a competition / competition, at least 3rd place at the provincial level for sports or arts for individuals or groups / teams, as evidenced by a certificate of champion.
- General academic conditions
Registration Procedure:

a. Photocopy of report cards for class X, XI and XII (Semester 1)

Science Olympics Scholarship
This scholarship is in the form of a deduction for admission fees given to high school / vocational school students who have achievements to get medals at the National and International Science Olympiad.
- General academic conditions
- Become an OSN participant representing your province of origin in 2021, 2020 and 2019, for subjects: Biological Physics, Chemistry, Computing and Astronomy.
- Graduated from high school in 2024 (Accredited SLTA A).

Scholarships for Children of Teachers / Principals / Employees / School Staff
As a form of appreciation for the dedication of teachers and employees / staff in educating the nation’s children, UMN provides scholarships in the form of a 50% reduction in admission fees for teachers / school principals and a 30% reduction in admission fees for employees / staff children at SMA / SMK schools. State / private sector who wish to continue their education at UMN.
- General academic conditions
- Teacher / principal child scholarship requirements:
One parent (father or mother) is a teacher as evidenced by a letter of appointment / assignment as a teacher from the Foundation or Education Office (for PNS teachers) who has worked as a teacher / principal for at least 5 years and is still active as a teacher / principal at the time of registration. - Scholarship requirements for school staff / employees:
One of the parents (father or mother) is an employee / staff as evidenced by a letter of appointment / assignment as an employee / staff at SMA / SMK Negeri / Private from the Foundation or Education Office (for PNS) who has worked as an employee / staff of at least 5 years and is still active as an employee / staff at the time of registration.

Undergraduate Program
Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) welcomes international students to apply for our undergraduate. Specific requirements for DKV Study Program, Film & Animation & D3 Hospitality :
- Submit Not Color Blind health letter from Doctor (when re-registration)
- Your portfolio of art work in A4 paper sized
- Your art work picture by handmade or computer (no religion or pornograf issues, and original)
- A story board picture and also a short scenario about the story board
- Story board in 5 frame and 2 short scenario narration in A4 paper sized

General Requirements for Undergraduate Program
- For All program MUST submit TOEFL Prediction test min score 550
- Test will be held in English with 40 multiple choices in MATH, English, and Academic Potential Test
- We only accept candidate graduated from Grade 12 (high school degree) or A level education or IB Diploma
- Indonesian citizens with undergraduate degrees from foreign countries, equalizing their diplomas back to the institutions need equalization or not. (but should be taken care of)
- Indonesian citizens who graduate from high school in foreign countries, equalize their certificates back to their institutions, whether they need equalization or not. (but should be taken care of)
Eligibility for Admissions – International Students
- Non-Indonesian Citizen / Non-Indonesia Permanent Resident
- Demonstrate good academic competence which is proven with high academic merit
- Commit to being a full-time student and will refrain from any employment (except unpaid internship) during the duration of the study.
- Bachelor’s Program Admission
- Admission to under-graduate program requires a good academic performance in high school or college.
- For international under-graduate program applicant should demonstrate English language proficiency minimum International TOEFL (ITP) score of 500 / IELTS overall score of 5.5
- Master’s Program Admission [Marketing]
- Admission to Master program requires a good Honour at Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and in the subject or related discipline.

- Set an appointment with one of the officers for arrival documents submission to obtain ITAS (Indonesian Temporary Stay Permit), STM (Surat Tanda Melapor/Police Report Certificate) from the police headquarter, and SKTT (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal/Residency Certificate for Foreigner Living in Indonesia)
- Failure to report within 30 days of arrival may affect your legal status in Indonesia.
International students are to proactively check their ITAS expiration date and to report to Global Relations & Cooperations Office at least 3 months before the expiry date.

Please check the last 9 numerical digits in your Virtual Account that admits as the Exam Registration Number.
Receive a New Student Admission Decision if it is declared to have passed the selection, in accordance with the Entrance route taken. For students who have been accepted at UDL, they are required to take part in UMN LMS / E-Learning training & fill in the willingness to take part in online tutorial activities
